 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress actor, comedian, activist) is a comedian. After immigrating to America, she was born in Soviet Union to Jewish parents. Her first professional work was as an actress in her early years as a child. In AT&T commercials on television, she played the role of Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 through 2016 and the year 2020. She was a regular host of the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and was a regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub was also part of the cast as Squirrelgirl in Marvel Rising in 2018 following her casting in the pilot television series New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents and she were exiled from antisemitism by the age of two. They settled in West Hollywood. Her family's financial difficulties caused her to be a part of Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of five. Vayntrub briefly studied at Beverly Hills High School. Following her sophomore year, she dropped out and got an GED. She went on however to earn an undergraduate degree in Arts Communication degree from the University of California San Diego. Vayntrub studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
