Abigale Miller bio
Abigale Lee Miller(born September 21 1965) is an American dance instructor, choreographer and reality television host. She is the founder of the Abby Lee Dance Company, that was featured on the reality TV show Dance Moms for eight seasons. Miller confessed on June 27th, 2016 to criminal bankruptcy fraud. Miller was sentenced on the 27th of June the 27th of June, 2016 to a year and one day in federal prison. Miller was released on February 27 of 2018. The diagnosis of lymphoma was made in April 2018. It's a kind of cancer that leaves her unfit to walk. The wheelchair she uses now is used to move around. Miller grew up in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. Her teacher was her mother at Maryen Lorrain Dance Studio. Miller was 14 when she was given choreography and coaching duties for one of her mother’s dancing teams in competition. Miller eventually took over the studio in the year 1995 and named the company Reign Dance Productions. Miller was certified by Dance Masters of America, and was a part of Dance Masters of Pennsylvania Chapter 10 (February 1986). However, DMA terminated her membership in February 2012 due to Miller's reality television show Dance Moms was a "complete misconception of our teachers and their students" and was detrimental to the profession.
