Drew Blythe Barrymore, born 22nd February 1975, is an American actress. She has been awarded numerous honors which include the Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award as along with five Emmy Award nominations and a BAFTA nomination. She is a part of the Barrymore family of actors, and the daughter of John Barrymore. Barrymore was famous as a child actress through her role in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. After a turbulent childhood filled with drug and alcohol abuse, she released Little Girl Lost, an autobiography. Later, she was in a string of highly successful movies throughout the 1990s including Poison Ivy Boys on the Side, Mad Love, Batman Forever, Scream and Ever After. Barrymore made appearances in a number of films with Adam Sandler, including The Wedding Singer as well as 50 First Dates, and Blended.
